Bomb Story: Live Adam is a fluorescent gradient Adam that is reminiscent of the split-fountain inking posters popularized in the 1960s live music scene. They were later adopted and mastered by artists like Craig Stecyk. This one, in particular, was based on a concert poster that was hanging off the freeway off-ramp and inspired the street-posting campaigns from The Hundreds' early marketing campaigns. Very Los Angeles!| Background Story: At the time, it was popular for repeating prints like these on button-up woven shirts to be emblazoned with bright, cheerful flowers. The contrarians that we are, we wished to see nature in decay against a merciless climate crisis. The flowers are withering and the result was sobering.
