Bomb Story: House Adam is a parody of a popular house and hip-hop label founded in the early 1990s, but also a throwback to the rave culture that surrounded Bobby's adolescence. The Hundreds has pulled from many subcultural references in its timeline, but the '90s party scene - especially in Southern California - has dictated a lot of the colorways and styling over our collections.| Background Story: Quite prescient, the Crowds pattern was designed years before the rallies, protests, and riots of the last couple years. Disenchanted by the ""slacktivist"" generation, we were hopeful for a new class of youth who were galvanized to fight for themselves and fight for others. Crowds are comprised of an uprising. It also refers back to The Hundreds itself, a name that stands for a community in movement.
