The reprographic technique of half-toning has been popular throughout various generations of art, from the early screen-printing and lithographs of Warhol to the Photoshop edits of early-2000s streetwear. Half-toning was a convenient solution for many designers who were utilizing low-resolution online photographs to stretch across T-shirts. Instead of getting a pixelated result, a halftone filter broke a blurry photo into thousands of sharp, focused dots.| Background Story: Duck Hunter, a camouflage born in WW2, is identifiable by rounded, irregular shapes. Duck Tan was our second attempt at Duck Hunter camouflage years after the first debuted around our tenth anniversary. This time, we stayed true to the rounded shapes and also to traditional colors.
