Bomb Story: In the beginning, The Hundreds was inspired by nostalgic experiences and childhood, so often you'll see references to pop culture artifacts. This pattern is borrowed from the waxy, vintage candy packaging of the period.| Background Story: The challenge was to design a new camouflage pattern using only one color. Typically, camos are broken up into multi-colored panels - was there a way to simplify the artwork down to its most base elements? We were able to retain the same identifiable shapes, but in order to distinguish them from each other, we used gradients like shadows or shading. Mission accomplished.
