Bomb Story: In keeping with the timelessness and heritage of The Hundreds, Talkie Adam is inspired by the classic ""talkie"" cartoons of yesteryear like in Mickey Mouse's debut film, Steamboat Willie. Therefore, he is painted in black/white and even his features have been edited to resemble the old-school style of animation.| Background Story: Quite prescient, the Crowds pattern was designed years before the rallies, protests, and riots of the last couple years. Disenchanted by the ""slacktivist"" generation, we were hopeful for a new class of youth who were galvanized to fight for themselves and fight for others. Crowds are comprised of an uprising. It also refers back to The Hundreds itself, a name that stands for a community in movement.
