A 1991 Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Puligny-Montrachet appellation of the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy. This wine has aged to perfection and showcases an incredibly complex profile of lemon and peach aromas with earthy notes of honey, smoke and a subtle minerality. This wine was fermented and matured in barrel on lees for an extended period, which gives this wine a rounder texture and fuller body.
