A very rare 1920 dry "White Sauvignon" made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a small vineyard in Margaux which has long been replanted with red grapes due to frost risks. This wine has shown a Sauvignon Blanc's ageing capabilities. It is still high in acid and shows primary flavours of lemon and citrus fruits but through bottle ageing, this wine now shows complexity and earthy minerality with richness and length on the palate.
