This 1774 bottle of "Vin Jaune" wine from the Arbois region of Jura is the oldest bottle of wine sold to date. This specialty wine is iconic to the region and was aged for 6 years in barrel under flor. This process has given the wine a beautiful amber hue and smooth tannins with characteristically oxidative flavours of walnut, dried fruit and spices and a baked bread quality from its time under flor.
