A 2014 unoaked Frappato from the South Eastern point of Sicily. This winery was built by 3 young winemakers who believe in biodynamic and low intervention winemaking both in the vineyards and in the cellar. These grapes were harvest from a vineyard at an altitude of 250m above sea level which creates an optimal environment to grow fresh, fruit forward wines. This wine is wildly fermented on skins in cement vats. It is deep ruby in colour, with aromas of wild strawberries, plums, juniper, pink raisins, and rust. The palate is well balanced with good structure and great texture making this a very easy drinking, well rounded wine that can instantly transport you to the Mediterranean coast.
