A great year for the Northern Rhône. Warm spring conditions led to flowering at the end of May, which was followed by a hot and dry summer with very little rain. However, the deep roots of Hermitage La Chapelle were able to withstand the bouts of drought, resulting in concentrated wines with long aging potential.
