
Hoopy is one phone call away from being able to leave for the day, and honestly, it can't come soon enough. From 6am until 10pm, Hoopy responds to all your calls, faxes, emails and letters - specifically dealing with complaints against our barista, Maddy. And the thing is, nobody hired him. There wasn't even a complaints department until we saw some basketball-looking dude in the corner of the office just tapping away on a computer. At first we were gonna call the cops, but he's been doing such a great job that we've kept him on. I mean, it's not like we're paying him. Oh damn, don't tell anyone we said that.
