Life sciences can also be art! This musical composition collection is the first from human protein transform to music work in human history. The SIRT1 Beatbox wav is a collection of 3,400 unique SIRT1 BeatBox wav NFTs living on the Ethereum blockchain. The collection is limited, no more creation. These wav works are using the protein sequence and structure for BeatBox programming. SIRT1 is an important regulator of human metabolic pathway (ref. https://reurl.cc/k7yrr3), therefore we choose it for BeatBox programming. We use 17 different drum sets. In SIRT1 sequence, we give each amino acid with 8 drum instrument variations. Each 16 amino acids of SIRT1 sequence were transformed to 1 BeatBox wav, and full sequence can be divided into 25 wav sections. I will provide detail information, include marked protein sequence fragment, marked 3D fragment of each wav that for each buyer. Buyer can repackage the wav work and detail information as a new art work for further use.
