An experimental generative AI video created using manual datamoshing techniques. The title “Safety First” refers to the audio recording playing throughout. A safety announcement was recorded whilst aboard a ferry on its route to an island on the west coast of southern Scotland. Although we can hear passengers being urged to “stay calm” in the event of an emergency, the visuals reject this idea entirely. Instead, we are met by a canvas of panic, chaos and disruption. Runtime: 24 seconds AI generated video and datamoshing.
