This 3 parts piece is a reflection on various relationships, such as the one with food, death, AI, family, love.I think of it as the product of a short time spent in my grandparents’ house, a way too spacious old house.The subjects in these videos all belong to my family and personal history.Part 1: A Quiet Blast on The Front—This piece is a battleground, this place is an inner conflict. It is what happens when facing an unexpected act of love and kindness. It is about how that too, can sound like a threat for a self-sabotaging behaviour.The decision to apply a fascist aesthetic is both because I feel it’s the most suitable at the present time, but also because there’s something about fascist-propaganda films: you see soldiers, but you hear music and words, and those too are meticulously shaped by propaganda.
