Florium Luminosus, from Latin 'florium' (flower) and 'luminosus' (shining), is a small understory perennial (15-30 cm tall, 5-25 g) in genus Aurelia Petalina, part of a bioluminescent flora cluster. Its inflorescence has delicate translucent petals with orange-golden venation and scattered pollen grains, broad open corollas with undulating margins, and soft orange reproductive organs. Leaves show similar translucence with fine venation and reddish tint, on slender flexible stems. It emits blue-green (420-490 nm) bioluminescence via photogenic cells on petal veins and reproductive parts, aiding nocturnal pollinators like moths and beetles. Native to warm (20-30°C), humid, shaded tropical rainforests, it supports pollinator populations and rainforest nocturnal visual ecology. Currently near threatened.
