When a human and a jinn have a child it is called a mugharribun. The hybrids can be told apart from other humans by certain traits like unusually hairy legs, strange eyes and a magnetism allowing them to get what they want from others. These children sometimes have psychic abilities and something will be off about their behavior. They do not fit fully into either world.
