On October 1, 2025 at approximately 1:52 PM eastern time, Picturam.eth sold BOA #33 to a flipper known as "lukadoncic1" and avoided paying royalties in the process. The sale was for 1.01E which was .01E more than my offer of 1E. I messaged lukadoncic1 on discord and sent a nice lengthy heartfelt message asking if I could buy it back at a 20% premium and to sweeten the offer I would also send some editions he could sell and a new 1/1/X from an upcoming collection as a gesture of good faith. He refused and I asked him nicely to reconsider. He refused again. I asked him if he was aware I could change the image of BOA #33 and he ignored me and listed it at 50% lower than the lowest listing. I changed the image to the famous hand & dildo image seen in this edition (photo credit and license Nzdilf, CC BY-SA 4.0 <https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0>, via Wikimedia Commons ) and this is when lukadoncic1 began to spiral out of control. He threatened me with lawyers, he threatened me with SuperRare, he threatened that I was making a grave mistake. Someone had made an offer in the meantime above my offer of 1.2E for approx 1.4E, but they deleted the offer when they saw the dildo, and coincidentally I told him I would make sure the person cancelled their offer and that I would reduce my offer from 1.2E to eventually zero every ten minutes. The first message I sent to lukadoncic1 was at 5:22PM and by 6:37PM he panicked and sold it back to me for 1.19E with a net profit of 19%. This will forever be known as the BOA #33 incident, in which it may be the first time in history an artist has weaponized a digital dildo and used it to wield its magical powers for the force of good. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
