Pattern is easily applied in Photoleap by Light Tricks. A simple click changes the color and pattern of the whole design under EFFECTS from the main toolbar! I then moved the dropped out version to Procreate for layering. This one has 3 layers. I simply turned one layer at an angle to get this design.
