I actually used a drop in art template in Photoleap called VAPORWAVE for this one; then ended up deleting most of the elements that had been provided before I was done. Some of my favorite projects in college were color studies! I imported two of my images for layering within that template, and used the blending tool to create this effect. Even the blending tool between layers offers a variety of options within Photoleap.
