GIF files are REALLY EASY in Procreate. It takes a little organization, but if you can get your layers in order, you can create all kinds of things that appear to be flashing or moving. With a little practice, you can get very good at this! This GIF file is 5 layered images set to show you 12fps to give the effect of flashing. To achieve the GIF file, simply choose the export option, and export as GIF file. The program will allow you to preview your gif and choose the frames per second before your export.
