A new hood, so new buildings. I used to know these streets very well, but the city's in constant mutation. Sometimes I switch the machines on and sort of just go with the flow. Other times I dream I'm making a difference. This video was made at the Martin Luther King garden while they were building the new Batignolles neighborhood in the XVIIth district of Paris, France.
