Off the South coast of Vágar, one of the 18 Islands that make up the Faroe Islands, you'll find yourself face to face with the depths of the Atlantic. You'll feel a slight sense of panic as the rocks shake beneath you from the roaring ocean crashing below your feet. Built up of small Nordic villages and wild coastlines, the Faroes is a paradise for someone who enjoys the simple things in life. It's been somewhere I've dreamt of visiting since the start of my photography career and only recently did I have the privilege of visiting the Volcanic Islands. Although it rains around 210 days of the year, I felt the urge to be outside for the full duration of my trip, embracing the wild landscape in all its glory.
