What really is life without COLOURS? Growing up in Nigeria has taught me a very important lesson—that indeed, life is unfair. People are born, and their humanity automatically becomes a crime. “Own your pride” was inspired by the thriving amazing queer African community, which despite limitations push beyond boundaries and tribulations. One day, I know the world can be accepting of humans regardless of their differences, for truly love conquers all.
