NFT was created as a part of “Russia 2021” project to support those who had suffered from domestic violence and also independent Russian social media which are going through rough repressions. NFT-portrait of Alexey Navalny, a Russian opposition politician who was poisoned with a substance called “Novichok” in 2020, later in 2021 he was imprisoned. We are convinced that despite being in jail, he is still a person with the most liberty. His liberty is in the following: he has the right to believe in whatever he wants and he has the right to make whatever choice he wants. And no one and nothing will ever take it away from him. The money raised on NFT will be sent to a shelter that protects domestic violence victims and to Mediazona - a media outlet that shines a light on everything that is happening with prisoners in Russia.
