In a lonely, blue world where nothing much really happens. I paint on people. As the New York Times puts it, “Think of it as a Van Gogh — that is, if one of his paintings were brought to life as a performative protest." I take a traditional concept from art history, making a painting feel so lifelike that it could be mistaken for reality, and flip it on its head. I make the world my canvas, transforming real life into a work of art. Painting: Alexa Meade Modeling: Blake Kimbrough
