Lightning strikes as a Ranger in the Masai Mara national game reserve in Kenya looks for poachers. These anti-poaching patrols are the first line of defense for the animals of the African plains. Having wanted to capture a portrait with lightning for over a decade, finally the pieces of the puzzle fell together when documenting this Ranger's dedication to protecting the wildlife.
