The fun thing about photography is that you can plan all you want, but those plans can easily change in the blink of an eye. The most enjoyable experiences I have had with a camera are serendipitous ones. I had planned extensively to photograph the Milky Way over this North Carolina lighthouse. Right when the moment was perfect, I pressed my shutter and someone put their car in reverse illuminating the lighthouse. At first, I was mad. However, when I looked back at the photo I actually loved the effect. It's amazing when you simply accept the unforeseen and enjoy the ride. Location: North Carolina, USA Size: 3000x2000
