W3 Logistics was riding a wave of success with the YellowBot program and its supporting networks: DiploBots, InfoBots and the Psi-Loks. In fact, the system was so good that the vast majority of consumers had become Premier Members to take advantage of the benefits. But what the Company hadn't prepared for was a growing number of product returns. Psi-Loks had successfully learned what each member wanted, but not every product delivered what it promised. The stockpile of returns was getting out of control. To help combat against returning merchandise, the ServoBot teams were deployed. In groups of four, each team of ServoBots helped field complaints nearby any of the YellowBot alcoves. They were able to address many unsatisfied customers simultaneously. And while the ServoBot initiative did help with product returns, many issues were simply user error, W3 return warehouses were getting to capacity. Finally, Marketing had a brilliant idea; Program ServoBots to never accept a return.
