Those who are holy, the Saints of Kira. Agent #021 is the first of three. Kira's who's powers are unmatched when it comes to destruction, ability to perceive threats, and intelligence. The Holy Ghost is known for their elemental powers, the ability to transmute into lightning and emit deadly sparks to eliminate their targets. While retaining the form of a Spider, their true form is illusive. Agent #021 is the second most powerful of the three Saints, but the most intelligent. Despite being mute, they communicate through their electricity. Transmitted through radio signals, that can mimic any voice. Although they belong to Kumo squad, it is typical for Agent #021 to be a solo operative.
