In The Yard, Cabot Field is known as a Beagle who is nose down, eyes up, faith in the trail unshakeable. On rainy days Cabot Field drags a rusted tag with half a name out and explains it to a different pup each time. There is a soft running joke at the soup stalls about Cabot Field and the way doors behave around them. Cabot Field keeps walking because something in the air around the Endless Track feels like a question worth asking.
