Most pups know Vasco as a Terrier who is wired from eyebrows to paws, fixing trouble by causing slightly less trouble. Friends learned long ago not to interrupt Vasco near the cracked freeway loop, especially with a bent spoon argued to be a tiny shovel in hand. There is a long running rumor that Vasco once swapped a broken phone shaped like a bar of soap for a better story and called the trade fair. Vasco is convinced the world gets a little fairer every time a friend laughs near the drowned subway tunnels.
