In The Yard, Butch Stoic is known as a Bulldog who is stitched out of stoicism and a hidden soft spot. At sunset Butch Stoic sits by the bone polishers den and hums to a coin with a face nobody recognizes until the wind returns the favor. There is a long running rumor that Butch Stoic once swapped a cracked keycard with one corner missing for a better story and called the trade fair. Butch Stoic keeps walking because something in the air around the flying den roof feels like a question worth asking.
