Most pups know Rilke as a German Shepherd who is fond of bells, maps, and saying things like establish a perimeter. Rilke has been seen circling the coastal towers for hours, mapping its bad ideas in private. Pups recognise Rilke from the back, which is a compliment in The Yard whether or not it sounds like one. Pups who watch Rilke too long sometimes get the feeling that Earth is not finished answering.
