Magnus Edgekick is a Cane Corso marked by the Fire trait, the unofficial pace leader of the Gators Running Club. Friends learned long ago not to interrupt Magnus Edgekick near the Endless Track, especially with a wheel that everyone agrees has opinions in hand. Pups recognise Magnus Edgekick from the back, which is a compliment in The Yard whether or not it sounds like one. Magnus Edgekick treats every route like a promise, because somewhere under the roads the old systems may still be listening. Legendary detail: Magnus Edgekick carries the fire mark, the kind of sign elders associate with the spark Prometheus is said to have carried out of the old world dark, and pups stand a little quieter when the campfire lights it from below. Gators leadership detail: In the Running Club this fire marked gator hat is treated as the unofficial pace leader, the way the very first champion's hat was treated after he pulled it from the swamp shrine, and Gator Jaw himself is said to nod when the route belongs to it for the day. Gators Running Club Member: Gator Club pups are the route keepers, messengers, racers, and endurance loyalists of the Pixel Pups. The gator hat began as a terrain helmet for endurance scouts, then became a swamp shrine accident the first champion turned into tradition, which is how all good factions start. They race cracked highways, ancient stadium lanes, dry riverbeds, the Endless Track, and old roads humans built for reasons no pup fully understands. They oil old wheels, ring bells before races, wrap their paws, and talk about speed like it is a religion with better cardio. Gator hats stand for survival, discipline, and the belief that the future belongs to the pups who keep moving, and Gator Jaw is the German Shepherd who founded the club before any of this had a name.
