Most pups know Dio Bolt as a Dalmation who is quick footed even when standing still. Out near the rooftop kennels, Dio Bolt keeps a small ritual that involves a circuit board carved into a toy boat and a quiet bow. Pups passing the drowned subway tunnels sometimes wave to Dio Bolt out of habit, even on days when nobody is actually there. Dio Bolt suspects the old world left at least one good question lying around with that exact name written on it.
