In The Yard, Vitellius is known as a Cane Corso who is stitched out of patience, weight, and a stubborn fairness. Most evenings Vitellius dives the lower mall after rain season for tiles that still have color until the lanterns are out and the soup stalls close. Even rival clubs respect Vitellius, partly for nerve and partly for stamina. The old soup stalls have heard most of Vitellius's theories and politely keep them to themselves.
