In my nightmare, I was climbing a ladder. I climbed and climbed, and when I got to the top, there was no ladder. I called out to the people who’d been climbing behind me, but they either did not hear me or they did not believe me. I looked down, and the ladder was nowhere to be seen. I had no choice but to jump.
