The generator allows people to attach new PvtPprs ontop of their old PvtPprs creating a newschain, which is a blockchain that is connected by PvtPpr issues not blocks. A PvtPpr newschain is stored within the most recent PvtPpr crafted by that entity/user/writer and each PvtPpr is stored offline through a hashlink, which contains all of the data of the PvtPpr & connected newschain.
