Shuna"s reference is the Kijin from the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime manga series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (転生したらスライムだった件), also known as TenSura (転スラ) or Slime Isekai, is a Japanese fantasy light novel series written by Fuse, and illustrated by Mitz Vah. The story is about a salaryman who is murdered and reincarnates in a sword and sorcery world as a slime with unique powers and gathers allies to build his own nation of monsters. Kijin (鬼人族キジン) are powerful beings from the Ogre tribe who have evolved after many long years. Sometimes called divine, there have been Kijins that have brought many calamities upon the world. Aside from evolution by being named by a strong being, once every few hundred years an elderly ogre can evolve into a Kijin by themselves. Their ability is unnaturally high, it's said that even 50 elite Lizardmen can't beat a single Kijin. They are often said to be capable of crushing the heavens. Kijins, in turn, can evolve into Fair Oni and Wicked.
