Observation
The end is near, we cry with a plea,
As shadows loom, the light fades, you see.
The world is crumbling, cradled in fear,
Yet no one is listening, no one is near.
Finances falter, dreams built on sand,
Our hopes slipping through the cracks of the land.
So we cry out louder, louder still,
Until someone listens, and climbs the hill,
To fight, to change, to break the chain,
Before we’re lost, and all is in vain.
