First Steps — Sam Spratt - Masks of Luci

I really hope this doesn't sound corny. Toasting with someone in a mask while you're not makes me think of the true power of connection. Sam captures this beautifully. We're all figures reaching for connection. I have never been to a Masquerade but participating in this has made me this about the importance of courage to approach people I usually avoid. It takes away my fear of meeting new people, masked or unmasked. We're all different, let's celebrate it!
