Observation

Growing up in San Francisco the lamppost here makes me think of the lights that around around downtown and are iconic because they survived the 1906 earthquake. It's really poetic and soothing to think about the single light source, one that's not the natural light lighting up the scene here. but instead illuminating the busy space here. Making sense of darkness and finding the light within and around us is so important and we can't forget about it.

I agree here 100%. The mask has a tendency to take over, almost like what we saw in Versailles before the revolution, wealth and power hid the truth until everything collapsed. Those who wear it too long lose themselves.
