Observation
In movement I find myself. As the body moves, the mind quiets—I am present. I am alone. I observe. Sam’s world, lay bare on this canvas in front of me, is a mirror to mine. The chaos. The internal dialogue that bleeds into and constructs my surroundings. A willingness to sit with and experience it all — in its fullness. The dark and messy corners of my being. Slowly, climbing, moving, growing into it — I find my voice. I find contentment in it all.
