Observation
This painting won’t let me drift. It holds, it pulls, it presses forward without asking. The figures stretch across the canvas, swallowing the space, moving yet trapped in their own motion. I know that rhythm. It’s the endless pursuit and quiet erosion of choice. Maybe that’s why I stay here. It forces me to sit inside the weight of it all, to question whether I push forward out of conviction or because the safe path has never felt like living. Maybe there’s no difference. Maybe that’s the cost of caring.
