Observation
They call the light truth, the dark unknown,
but I have seen both lie.
Light blinds, burning stories into flesh;
shadow swallows, erasing what once was.
So I walk the seam, neither seen nor lost,
a ghost between fire and void.
They search for me in brightness, in abyss—
but I am the hush before a name is spoken,
the breath before dawn, the step never taken,
vanishing just before I am found.
