Observation

He has every reason to be happy - surrounded by an aura of light with a family in love, but he is overwhelmed by anxiety and despair as he witnesses pain and tragedy all around him. He sees a clear dichotomy: some wear masks, their expressions are serious and joyless, while others, unmasked, display raw, intense emotion. Only a select few of the unmasked are truly happy. He contemplates - Don a mask and feign happiness or Remain maskless and confront the full emotions and challenges around him?

Having said that, our bond has been truly tough. There’s been pain, anger, & boredom. I’m tired, you’re tired. Raising a child is exhausting. We’ve lost the fun, and I feel lonely. But despite the hardship, I have faith that we will continue to grow!
