Observation

Just had a kid. Something I was more nervous about than I think anything in my life - leading up to the birth of my child I was buried in stress and thoughts on whether I am ready but there was no turning back. Since their arrival I've never experienced more blessings in my life and more joy and peace and happiness. It truly is an amazing and beautiful experience to bring another life into the world.

Not cliché at all. A beautiful well worded reflection. I recently had a kid myself and I couldn't agree more. I experienced an ego death - what some chase with ayahuasca or other psychedelics for me happened in the delivery room - holding my first born.

I saw those questions in my sons eyes watching him grow from a new born unaware of everything - to becoming aware of everything. The wonder, curiosity, innocence, pureness at the highest degree, and absolute joy just pour out from a piece of me.
