Observation
What was once a gift became a hollow burden.
Some were armor; most of them, cages.
He carried them without question, believing their weight was his own.
But a life spent collecting is not a life spent becoming.
The traveler had been given names; now, he seeks his own.
He does not look back for answers, nor does he need them.
There is nothing left to prove, no shape left to fit.
The road ahead is neither promise nor burden. It simply is.
And for the first time, so is he.
