This is a 1/1 artwork. It is a digitally manipulated version of one of my physical paintings. The physical painting was created between the new moon and the full moon. It involved a shamanic ceremony gifted to me by a friend who is well studied in the shamanic arts. I collected some items that held special meaning for me and the tools I would use such as my brushes and colour. They were placed in an outside altar for 2 weeks prior to starting the painting. Everyday I would imbue the altar with my intention and feelings around the piece. I journaled through this process and then used some words from my writings throughout the artwork. I commenced work on the painting after a blessing ceremony them continued to layer the canvas with the words, colour and energy. I had no intention to paint this character. She emerged on her own. She holds a magical energy and I hope she will transfer her gracious power to you. She comes with a musical gift which is designed to soothe the soul an restore balance. All commercial rights to this artwork will be retained by the artist.
