Born in the ancient and secret city of Agartha, Mighty Ruut was raised as a warrior in the neverending war against the ancient and vile Reptilians. He rose steadily through the ranks of the Agarthan Courier Force, who are responsible for the flow of communication between the Inner Earth and Outer Earth populations, until he achieved fame for his actions during the Battle of the Outcrops in 1950. After a chance meeting with the High Dragon of the Illuminati, Ruut became the representative of Agartha to the newly-reformed secret society.
